Job Description

Define the strategy and objectives to be achieved by ensuring productivity and safety, efficient use of storage space, etc.
Participate in the negotiation and follow up of contracts with external service providers
Establish the warehousing policy (internal, external)
Provide technical support
Evaluate and/or anticipate malfunctions and make recommendations on handling/warehouse equipment requirements, cost containment, optimization of work processes, etc.
Propose areas of improvement
Guarantee of the quality of the service provided
Define, manage and lead the logistics KPI’s of the activity
People management up to 10 FTE
Manage the social climate
Ensuring compliance

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience in Logistic and Management in an industrial or FMCG environment
Capacity to participate in the definition of the Supply chain strategy
Trilingual in Dutch, French and English mandatory
Knowledge in SAP and Excel
Leadership - Supervision Team management: development, communication, organization…
