Job Description

  • Define the strategy and objectives to be achieved by ensuring productivity and safety, efficient use of storage space, etc.
  • Participate in the negotiation and follow up of contracts with external service providers
  • Establish the warehousing policy (internal, external)
  • Provide technical support
  • Evaluate and/or anticipate malfunctions and make recommendations on handling/warehouse equipment requirements, cost containment, optimization of work processes, etc.
  • Propose areas of improvement
  • Guarantee of the quality of the service provided
  • Define, manage and lead the logistics KPI’s of the activity
  • People management up to 10 FTE
  • Manage the social climate
  • Ensuring compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in Logistic and Management in an industrial or FMCG environment
  • Capacity to participate in the definition of the Supply chain strategy
  • Trilingual in Dutch, French and English mandatory
  • Knowledge in SAP and Excel
  • Leadership - Supervision Team management: development, communication, organization…
