For an international company with roots in the USA, but located in Leuven, we are looking for an experienced GL Accountant.Do you want to work for an innovative company in and EMEA structure, and do you have a nice background in GL Accounting? Don’t hesitate to apply!Tasks
  • You will perform month-end closings
  • You are responsible for reconciliations (according to SOX guidelines)
  • You follow up GL accounts
  • You analyse variances
  • You perform accounting analysis for P&L, inventory, balance sheet and foreign exchange.
  • You give support the internal and external Audit.
  • You assist in tax declarations
  • You prepare the revenue recognition
Profile
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or economy
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge of BE GAAP principles
  • You are analytical, a teamplayer, motivated and you respect deadlines
  • You speak fluently English, and you also have an understanding of Dutch
  • You are hands on and pro-active
  • Experience with Oracle or US GAAP is a plus, but no must
