This Role in Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and user-centric Global Digital Marketing Analyst – CRO & Digital Experience to lead the optimization of our new global website platform. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving A/B testing programs and improving digital experiences across markets, with a strong focus on conversion and user satisfaction.

You will play a key role in establishing global testing governance, collaborating with regional teams, and extracting actionable insights from tools such as VWO, Google Analytics and Contentsquare.

Working closely with our digital product team, you will ensure that validated experiments translate into impactful product improvements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead the global Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy, including the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing across the website ecosystem.
  • Improve digital user experience by identifying friction points, analyzing behavior flows, and recommending enhancements to UX, UI, copy, and design elements.
  • Manage and govern the global testing roadmap, ensuring alignment and coordination between global and regional testing initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare to derive actionable insights into user behavior, content performance, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital product team to ensure successful implementation of winning test variations and continuous user experience improvements.
  • Partner with UX designers, developers, and copywriters to conceptualize and test user-centric hypotheses that enhance engagement and drive conversions.
  • Establish CRO performance metrics and regularly report on experiment results, test impact, and optimization opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in web usability, responsive design, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by promoting experimentation and continuous learning across global and regional teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRO, digital analytics, UX design, and behavioral psychology to continuously improve testing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
  • Understanding of Web Design and Usability.
  • Solid analytical abilities, capable of deciphering intricate data and offering practical recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRO tools such as VWO.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • English speaking, any other language is a plus!
  • Min. 5 years of experience.
