For our client, a leading company in the telecom sector, we’re hiring a Go-to-market ManagerHow do we market our products so that they optimally meet the needs of our customers? We leave that up to you to find the answer to that question. As a Go-to-market Manager you will find the best balance between value for the customer and value for the business of our client. The result: more new customers who stay with them longer because they are completely satisfied.
Great! What will I do?
You will develop a marketing strategy and shape the positioning and the more tactical layers of the marketing plan. Think of large 360° launch campaigns, churn-reducing actions, cross- and upselling and service-oriented initiatives. You devise and build promotional frameworks and campaigns, develop migration strategies, etc. You contribute to shaping new propositions, especially in the field of storytelling and positioning. You will have a large variety of challenges!
Digital marketing strategies are an important part of the marketing plans. You also set out the lines for them.
You are responsible for the entire STP process (segmentation, targeting and positioning) and you are the central SPOC between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom and many other stakeholders on your projects.
You continuously follow the evolutions in our market and among the competitors. You adjust your plans and anticipate.
You initiate commercial activities, monitor them and adjust them based on the KPIs defined in the commercial roadmap.

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, for example in GTM management, brand management or product management. You therefore know perfectly how to translate (new) propositions into a GTM approach.
You are strong in conceptual thinking, drafting scenarios and you dare to make strategic decisions. You can easily defend these decisions at various hierarchical levels within our organization.
More customers, satisfied customers, that’s what you do it for. You effortlessly empathize with a target group and understand their needs.
Digital marketing tools and techniques have no secrets for you. You use them quickly to achieve your goals.
Interpreting data and insights is part of this job and you are strong at that. This skill helps you to make well-founded decisions and to monitor business performance.
You speak and write fluently Dutch or French and English.
Ideally you have a master’s degree in applied economics, business economics or an MBA, but we can also convince you of equivalent experience.
