=> Product marketing :
  • Defining the product Go-To-Market strategy
  • Defining user personas and selecting target audiences
  • Defining the traffic acquisition, conversion and remarketing strategy
  • Implementing marketing campaigns or coordinating the executions with agencies
  • Managing the marketing budget and campaign’s efficiency
  • Managing the marketing performance
  • Coordinating the creation of marketing materials

=> Product performance :
  • Outlining the action plan for achieving performance and growth target (traffic, pageviews, leads, sales, etc.)
  • Leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities
  • Building reporting and monitoring the performance
  • Ensuring the realization of performance target during entire product lifecycle
  • Analyzing user behavior and conversion data in order to improve the product and increase the performance
  • Testing new ideas and concept that increase performance

=> Product development and strategy :
  • Assisting the management team in the development of product vision and strategy
  • Assisting the management team in the prioritization of product features and capabilities according to the roadmap
  • Coordinating the development cycle
  • Preparing product and business requirements
  • Coordinating the validation of wireframes, prototypes, design, etc.
  • Coordinating the development planning
  • Coordinating technical collaboration with external parties
  • Ensuring the product launch and iteration

=> Team Management :
  • Manage a team of Developers + Product Manager + IT Manager + Data engineer.
Skills:
  • Min10 years’ experience as digital product manager
  • In-depth digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer/traffic acquisition strategy. Media knowledge is a strong plus
  • Performance/result oriented
  • Experience in coordinating the development of a digital product (from preparing business requirement till coordinating the development, testing and go live of the product)
  • Proficient at user/data/performance analysis and affinity with mainstream tracking and analytics tools (Google analytics, Data studio, Hotjar, Google tag manager, etc.)
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles. Experience in web design is a plus
  • Proficient at planning & organizing
  • Good functional and technology knowledge. Ability to validate and challenge technical decisions
  • Ability to work and ensure a smooth communication with the development team
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English + a good level in Dutch.My client is a company in the automotive industry.
