Head of HR F/M

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary accountability of the function is to lead the People and Communication agenda - across the AXA Truck Assistance International footprint.

As member of the AXA TAI Leadership Team, the incumbent drives and implement the People and Comm strategy to enable organization and people high performance in order to contribute to the ambition of AXA TAI business.

This function has also the responsibility to integrate an acquired company and implement and drive the HR operating model

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

• Scope : Multi-site presence across Europe with 445 employees
• Management of an HR Team (4) and coordination with local HR in AXA Partners entities.
• Member of the leadership Team of AXA TAI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape and develop the organizations to build sustainable business growth

• Coach and support the CEO of AXA TAI and the Leadership Team to build up high performing leadership teams to drive the business ambition in every corner of the footprint
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s strategy and business plans supporting the organization’s growth and profitability objectives.
• Pilot the organization and workforce performance (staff cost Vs GWP, productivity, expense ratio, combined ratio…) and propose on going organization design and evolutions (restructuring, target operating models to scale…)
• Provide advice on target operating models aiming at scaling and industrializing our business and define change management plans.
• Integrate EBTS HR organization and team into a high standard HR set up.

Implement and drive performance of the HR Operating model across the footprint

• Implement and drive HR services across the different locations
• Ensures the AXA Partners HR Operating model provides high quality of service with cost optimization
• Coordinate with different CoEs the HR capabilities and services to bring value to the business.

• Leverage AXA Partners EVP strategy for the different local markets and environment: our workplace identity, our compensation and benefits offer, our DNA to become a unique place to be.
• Instil values that drive our business performance
• Develop external / internal communication strategies and channels to support our brand (corporate responsibility, diversity and inclusion, our support to the society and communities around us)
• Develop internal communications strategies to develop our employees’ vision, engagement, pride and recognition.
• Become the gatekeepers and pulse takers to catalyze the cultural changes and reflect our employees needs
• Develop adaptive and resilient ways of working

Build a workforce for the future

• Workforce projection: define with the Business leaders the skills and competencies to be developed according to the market and services evolution.
• Deliver talent management and learning & development strategy to build the key capabilities to become a differentiated actor on our markets.
• Create a sustainable leadership pipeline for the business by accelerating the development of identified ‘successors’ & ‘talent’ and driving specific programs to infuse high potential talent into the organization.

Transform the culture

• Implement the right organization and new ways of delivering employees services and talent solutions
• Implement communication and culture action plan to become the pulsetakers and gatekeepers of our collective strategy, experience and believes.
• Implement corporate responsibility, the diversity and inclusion we want to promote.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of experience in different functions, including at least 5 years in HR experience ideally
• Experience in an international/multinational environment preferred
