We are currently looking for a support / helpdesk engineer:- Ticket handling in 4ME tool and ServiceNow.
  • Act as onsite L1 support for the services and support scopes
  • > Telephony, Network, Cloud related.
  • > Telephony being currently the biggest scope (80%) of the tickets.
  • > Interact with support teams/OPS Specialist/CDM
  • Ensure end-user communication via mail, Teams, phone …
Requirements- Relevant Experiences As Support / Helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Telephony (Avaya)- Language: English, Dutch or FR

Onsite presence required in region Bruges (onboarding 2-3weeks onsite , afterwards +-3 onsite/2 remote)
