Who we are and what we are looking for
Alpha Networks is a leading provider of modular TV software and SaaS video platforms. Over the last 15 years, the company has been addressing the different needs of network operators and media companies worldwide, providing them with the right products and services to implement their content strategy and launch pay-tv services.
Based in Belgium with subsidiaries in France and Morocco, and a total workforce of over 140 employees, the company is internationally recognized by customers such as Orange, Altice, Econet Group, TeleCentro, Bouygues Telecom, Canal+, NOS, TF1 and many others.
Our HR department is dedicated to supporting our managers and their teams. The role of the HR Admin Manager is to ensure the smooth progression of various stages in an employee’s journey within the group entities, their well-being, and the proper alignment of resources with the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Drafting job descriptions (in collaboration with the vacant position’s supervisor).
- Managing the relationship with recruitment agencies.
- Posting and monitoring recruitment ads on various platforms.
- Sorting and tracking applications.
- Organizing and participating in job interviews.
Personnel Administration
- Onboarding
- Employment contract
- Equipment
- Employee welcome
Administrative follow-up
- Updating employee records (both electronic and physical).
- Responding to employee inquiries (handling requests via the Jira tool).
- Preparing various documents (addendums, certificates, etc.).
- Document filing and tracking (both electronic and physical).
Outboarding
- Communication with the departing employee.
- Preparing exit documents.
Payroll and Compensation Elements Processing for the Group
- Managing the absence software (absence and leave entries).
- Validating payroll and sending it to the social secretariat.
Management of Insurances, Health Plans, and Retirement
- Registering new employees.
- Tracking modifications
HR Actions
- Organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Managing employee training.
- Ensuring compliance with work regulations and internal procedures.
- Preparing employee evaluation campaigns.
- Updating the organizational chart.
Your Profile
- Confirmed experience (2 years or more) in an HR Admin or equivalent position.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or confirmed experience in the field.
- Sensitivity to the IT sector and understanding of its environment.
- Good listening skills, empathy, versatility, team spirit, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (proficient in written and spoken French and basic communication in English).
