HR Administrator in the automotive sector

Description

Our client, active in the automotive sector, is looking for an HR Administrator for their HR team of 4 people.

Your tasks:
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to human resources.
  • Provide professional first line HR advice and administrative support to employees, line managers and group HR clients.
  • Respond to general HR queries, provide payroll administration, manage and maintain employee records to ensure they remain current and accurate.
  • Produce and send out letters of intent and contracts, and ensure that pre-employment checks are carried out in accordance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that employee records, both paper and electronic, are current and accurate.
  • Ensure that all employee data is captured and maintained in the various HR systems.
  • Support the L&D function in all administrative activities related to the organization, execution and monitoring/tracking of training.

Your profile

  • First experience in HR administration or an internship
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, and good knowledge of French
  • Organized and customer service oriented

Offer

Our client is offering a 3 month interim contract followed by a permanent contract. The client is located in the centre of Brussels, accessible by public transport. This is a great experience to discover or strengthen your HR skills.
