Job purpose

The Human Resources & General Affairs Officer (HR/GA) is responsible for the follow up and coordination of diverse activities within the HR and GA department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support to the resident HR Officer in different administrative tasks: fleet support, recruitment process support and personnel matters support.
  • Building management responsibilities: follow-up the maintenance of the building facilities and handle the interventions with suppliers, if required in collaboration with reception.
  • Coordinate between the Logistic Service Provider and the different teams within the company
  • Prepare regular status report to the management.
Skills
  • Preferably experience in project administration
  • Planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Initiate and proposing ideas
  • Flexibility, accurate in administration and high sense of ownership
  • Loves multi-tasking
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
