About Our Client

A well-known international company active in the FMCG sector having their offices located in the centre of Brussels

Job Description

As an HR assistant in an international FMCG company you:

  • Assist the HR team in their day-to-day operations (recruitment, trainings, payroll...)
  • Manage the internal and external communication of any HR related requests
  • Provide administrative support to the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and interviews
  • Assist in the development of different HR processes

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a bachelor in HR, administration, or any other relevant field
  • You have a first experience as an assistant
  • You have knowledge of the Belgian Labour Law
  • You are fluent in French/Dutch and proficient in English
  • Proactivity, organisation, and excellent communication skills describe you
