What does the role involve?

As HR business partner you will be the key partner for the majority of HR related subjects in your circles (=departments) across continental Europe. As we believe that our people are the strength and the heart of our organisation, You will cooperate regularly with lead links(=business leaders) to co-create an environment where our people are empowered and feel appreciated, resulting in continued development and excellence.

You will enable this by:

• Being a strategic HR advisor for the lead links in your respective circles
• Advising your circles with the resources planning exercise, challenge and define the recruitment needs;
• Coaching the organisation in the continuous feedback culture;
• Steering the performance cycle, ensure every employee has received fair and correct feedback and remuneration;
• Ensuring a positive employee experience during the main steps of their career (Onboarding, career, learning, development, exit);
• Facilitating of the talent mapping exercise
• Following up on the well-being and engagement of all employees.

Because we went from a hierarchical towards a collaborative organization, you will work on different HR projects to further align our HR processes.

Who are we looking for?

You will be part of a fun and ambitious HR team of 7 people located in Brussels and Luxembourg. To complement our team we are looking for someone with a solid/strong experience in HR. A background in hard HR would be an asset towards our future projects. Next to this we are looking for someone with good listening and coaching skills, who is empathic and who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. As we are an international company, it’s an absolutely must you are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
