To support our Quality Office team in the HR Service
Center we are looking for a process & communication officer.

Tasks

  • Reviewing and updating existing HR processes
  • Define and analyse existing HR processes using process modelling techniques and methods
  • Manage end-to-end process description
  • Process documentation
  • Managing communication towards employees: update of HR articles, writing & reviewing HR communications
Requirements

  • Trilingual NL/ FR/ ENG
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Certification in process modeling techniques is a plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with MS Office and Visio is mandatory
  • SAP is preferable
  • Experience in HR context, knowledge of social law
  • Able to work independently
  • Accuracy and precision
  • Quality-minded and eye for detail
  • Goal-oriented
  • Team player
