Our HR IS department is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital tools and systems that support our HR operations. We work on various capabilities, including user support and training, system administration and maintenance, process and tool improvements, integration support, digital transformation projects, data management and reporting. As HR IS Specialist you will work in a team with 5 specialists and report directly to the manager HR Information Systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide user support and training: Act as the main point of contact for HR IS-related inquiries and issues from end users. Provide timely and effective support, including documentation, corrections, support on non-automated data transactions, training material, and Q&A sessions.
  • Assist with integration support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration-related issues and problems. Support the IT integration specialists in optimizing integration mapping and logic ensuring a good data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects: Participate in digital initiatives for HR, such as functional analysis, data migration and security setup.
  • Enhance user adoption of new digital tools and systems by offering the right support at the right time
  • Support system administration and maintenance: Perform system administration tasks such as organizational updates, security management, mass uploads and data migrations and recurring setup.
  • Stay up-to-date with system releases and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Keep existing tools and data within regulatory boundaries such as GDPR.
  • Assist with user documentation and training materials: Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR IS tools and systems. Ensure that end users have access to up-to-date and comprehensive training resources.

Your profile

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital HR tools and integrations is a plus
