Robert Half is currently recruiting an HR & Recruitment Specialist for an international group in the Kempen area.

Our client is a global provider of products, services and solutions.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

Recruitment:

  • You are responsible for the intake of new position;
  • You post and follow up open vacancies on LinkedIn, our own website and other recruitment channels;
  • You look for ways to attract candidates in the most cost-efficient way;
  • You do in-depth searches on LinkedIn;
  • You are the first point of contact for recruiting managers, recruitment channels and partners;
  • You assist managers with drafting the job description;
  • You make first screenings by phone;
  • You run salary benchmarks through Mercer;
  • You do setup and participate in interviews;
  • You produce offer letters and employment contracts;
  • You update the weekly vacancy overview;
  • You give the starter all the needed information about their contract and onboarding documents;
  • You conduct new hire orientation and provide on boarding support.

HR Specialist:

  • You provide advice and support to employees and management teams on employee relations matters;
  • You ensure advice is aligned to Company policies and procedures, employment law legislation and common law principles;
  • You coach, train and guide managers in HR procedures, policies, strategy and employee relations;
  • You support HR Business Partners and other colleagues with ongoing cases.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

Education:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in HR-related field;
  • You have knowledge of multiple conversation technique.

Work Experience:

  • You have a work experience of at least 3 years in HR related to recruitment and soft HR;
  • You have experience of working in an international environment.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • You must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
  • You have the ability to work efficiently and use own initiative;
  • You have the ability to work in a team as independent;
  • You have strong communication skills, confident appearance and good expressiveness;
  • You have good planning, coordination and scheduling skills;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You have very good verbal and written English communication skills;
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales;
  • You are proactive and have a flexible attitude;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • You have an understanding of relevant legislation.
