Our international client in finance is looking for an HR specialist to join the team.
What you’ll do
  • Manage autonomously the HR services for several smaller offices (Spain, Italy, France, Dubai, South-Africa, Ghana, Kenya) ranging from 1-30 employees
  • Seamlessly run payroll and benefits administration for the employees, including expatriates, in these EMEA countries
  • Act pro-actively as HR advisor towards managers and employees on various topics such absences, benefits, local legislation, etc.
  • Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team
  • Follow-up on local legislation to ensure compliance
  • Contribute to projects the set-up and implementation of 1 regional payroll provider
Profile
  • Min. of 3 years HR experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in an international environment
  • Independent worker with self-initiative and eagerness to learn
  • Hands on mentality
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong organization skills and stress resistant
  • Team player
  • Solution-oriented & pro-active
  • Fluency in English is important, knowledge of German is an asset
  • Good skills with tools such as excel, familiarity with Workday is an asset
