For our office in Brussel & Amsterdam, we are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your job is very diverse, but will mainly focus on three areas:
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Recruitment process management (from A to Z)
- Campus recruitment
- Social media and job boards management
- Onboarding
- Career development follow-up
- Support to evaluation process
- Training organization
HR
- Payroll administration
- Reporting
- SPOC to employees’ requests
- Organization of teambuilding activities
- Support to internal process and policy improvement
Communication/ Marketing
- Internal and external communication
- Social Media brand communication
- Support on customers’ events
- You have a Master’s degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- English, Dutch and Frenchspeaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- You have good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.
