A new exciting opportunity as HR Talent and Project Officer has just become available in a company in the Service sector. This company is in Brussels and easily reachable. You will part of the HR department and report directly to the HR Manager.

As HR Talent and Project Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Handling the recruitment of the HQ profiles from A to Z
• Helping the development of the Hr Talent strategy (retention, career paths, mobility)
• Working on HR projects (agility, digitalization, job classification, learning & development)
  
  

The Ideal profile of the HR Talent and Project Officer :

• You have a Master degree in HR or equivalent by experience
• You speak perfectly Dutch and French and have a good level of English
• You are passionate about HR
• You have a first (2/3 years) experience in recruitment and want to broader your scope
• You are autonomous, proactive and dynamic
• You are curious, eager to learn and like to propose new ideas.
