Environmental Officer

The Environmental officer’s responsibilities include write an effective environmental management plan monitoring the full implementation.

Sample responsibilities for this position include:

· Complete all forms related to Environmental regulations including local laws

· Ensure the Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements are established,

implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO14001

· Understand, support, implement, and enforce compliance to all company and

governmental agencies safety policies, procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

Qualifications for a job description may include education, certification, and experience.

Licensing or Certifications:

List any licenses or certifications required by the position: ISO14001, ISO, OSHA,

HAZWOPER, CPR, ASQR, CHMM, VPP, AED, OSHSAS

The candidate will have to be familiar with Belgian legislation.

Knowledge of German is considered a plus.
