Overview

As a committed long-term business partner, we are investing in the future by expanding our Bricsys team across EMEA. The success of our customers is key to us and having local experts available plays an important role. This role is tasked with Inside Sales to drive our BricsCAD® and Bricsys 24/7 sales development in Benelux within the AEC and Manufacturing industries. You will work closely with Bricsys HQ and the local Country Manager to achieve this goal.

Bricsys is a global provider of design software. For the last two decades, our focus has been building cost-effective, mission-critical design tools. By taking design workflows to the next level and integrating BIM and Mechanical design capability, we believe that we are the trusted CAD partner. Our recent acquisition by Hexagon has acted as a catalyst by increasing the cadence of our mission to help our customers achieve more, in less time, for less money.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media.
  • Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing existing base.
  • Conduct outbound customer calls; responsible for 30+ calls daily.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific Bricsys solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt manner. Handle or delegate accordingly.
  • Provide customer quotes, proposals and product information as required.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to Local Country Manager or Bricsys Sales Point.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Country Managers and relevant Bricsys partners.
  • Maintains basic knowledge of Bricsys products, competition and industry trends.
  • Develop the inside sales organisation within Bricsys (define processes and structure).

Qualifications
  • Outbound software sales experience, preferably in the CAD or BIM segments.
  • Understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate those needs into complete solutions.
  • Highly organized with critical attention to details.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive to develop this pioneering position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong functional use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM, a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
