As Inside Sales Executive you are responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and building commercial contacts (by telephone) with customers and/or prospects (dealers/vendors/end-users), in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and profitability.
Day to day
- Identify sales opportunities with relations and prospects by phone, ensure follow up on sales- and fee opportunities within DLL organization and receive and manage quote requests via multiple sales channels.
- Call relations and prospects and bring DLL financing- and vendor program opportunities to their attention, enthusing them for DLL propositions.
- Set-up quotes enter quote determinants in system and generate and distribute quote proposals/rate cards to relations and prospects on basis of quote requests.
- Organize and provide information and training to customers and partners on programs, problem solving and/or provide dealer support in relations with end users from a financing expertise perspective.
- Contribute to the department market and sales plan and targets based on market analysis and the identification of new market segments and sales opportunities.
- Contribute to, get approval for and implement the customer plan and targets, aligning and liaising with all relevant functions.
- Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross-sell existing products and services to customer.
- Manage the business relationships with (local) customers on country/region level throughout the relationship life cycle.

Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or other related degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant commercial experience.
- Financing and Leasing knowledge
- Experience with Sales Support role
- Accurate – operational excellence – analytical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the DLL Group and its products and services
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Dutch & English is necessary
