Our client is a well-known and internationally oriented financial service provider. Established in 1978, they now offer three business areas in 33 countries: leasing, banking and factoring. In Belgium, we are looking for sales & customer service experts for the leasing division.

As sales & customer service expert, you are an essential part of the sales & customer service team, with a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Perform/analyze credit assessments
  • Accept credit assessments
  • Processing of the leasing business
  • Compile financing offers
  • Handle incoming lease applications
  • Settle contracts
  • Support our existing/new customers
  • Support our sales team
  • Answer incoming calls and mails

• Service focus with a commercial attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Structured work methods and respect procedures

• Team spirit and commitment

• Bilingual (Dutch/French). English is a plus

• Picks up things easily
