Integrated Business Planning Manager BNL

The Integrated Business Planning Manager role exists to work cross functionally both within BNL and across Supply Chain in Europe to enable excellent S&OP and customer service plus the reduction of penalties and NPI (Non Performing Inventory) through both preventive and mitigation data driven plans to support the delivery of BNL business plans.

HERE IS A TASTE OF WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

• Supporting and empowering the team to identify and drive improvements to the Integrated Business Planning process to achieve KPIs
• Ensure excellence S&OP process in close coordination with Finance Management and European Stakeholders
• Provide visibility to BNL business of impact of supply vs demand risks and opportunities highlighted by the Category & Area teams
• Ensure team is leading data driven projects for the improvement of demand and supply planning
• Accountable for preventive and mitigation plans in the reduction of penalties and NPI (Non-Performing Inventory) in order to deliver BNL Business Plans
• Represent Kellogg’s Supply Chain in supplier forums and internal commercial meetings
• Protecting, Developing and Empowering the team
• Active leader supporting ED&I and CSR Kellogg agenda

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Education and Experience

• University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
• Language Skills: French and English required, Dutch would be a plus
• Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver challenging and often conflicting goals under a pressurized environment
• Able to process and synthetize significant amounts of information and present it tailored to multiple audiences and stakeholders
• Understanding of the commercial account teams, specific to demand planning and the dynamics of the financial calls.
• Knowledge of Kellogg’s Supply Chain systems: SAP/R3, APO, FRACTAL is preferred
• Expertise in Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
• Demonstratable people manager skills and an ability to take the lead on identification and remediation of process gaps
• Drive continuous improvement in the Demand Planning processes to deliver excellence through standardized ways of working, processes, templates and data analysis
• Coordinate and lead Collaborative Forecasting plans with customers
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, define appropriate action plan and execute them.

Preferred Criteria

• +10years of experience in Supply Chain including +5 years of experience in managing S&OP
• Experience in people management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong numeric, data / analytical, financial and organizational skills
• Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
• FMCG foods industry experience
