Job Purpose and Impact

Integrated Project Manager is a subject matter authority, will independently oversee and lead all aspects of their projects and programs. The role is responsible for leading all project management and planning activities with the project team and key business stakeholders. We seek a multifaceted professional who will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. Location: Schiphol, the Netherlands.

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with project sponsors to explore and validate project business case.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
  • Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
  • Advise on organizing project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and resolve resource requirements.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems. You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a strategic contributor.
  • Provides mentorship and development of program and project teams
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree (prefer in sciences or engineering).
  • Min 6 years of experience with or direct knowledge of Project Portfolio Management, Project Delivery Process, New Product / Services Solutions and Build processes for full rigor projects. Facilitation of project workshops is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal and presentation skills with multiple levels of stakeholders across Cargill, partner, and customer organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (or equivalent business experience in a related function)
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Functional Leader within growth and strategic projects.
