Who we are

In 2015, Benoit and Corentin, joined later by two other friends, Arthur and Paul-Hubert, launched Truckfly, an app for truck drivers. After hard work, in 2018, the app is successful with 300K users. Then, Michelin acquires Truckfly. Dashdoc adventure can start : they develop the SaaS solution in France. End of 2021, Dashdoc has 50 talented people and is expanding internationally!

At Dashdoc, we believe that now is the time to transform the road transport industry with a simple, collaborative and connected platform.

We are building a customer-centric product that enables our customers to: offer a high-quality service to their own customers, gain time, save cash and increase turnover

Mission

Based in Antwerp (Belgium), you will join the International Ecosystem Team to make Dashdoc the newSaaS leader in the truck transportation market. We are looking for a flemish speaker, who will face two challenges:

- empower Dashdoc as the central piece of the transportation software ecosystem. You will build connectors with the leading tools of the market: Transport Management Systems (TMS), Telematics (embedded systems in trucks), invoicing software, ERP...
- you will interact with customers and partners from Benelux to help us succeeding our international implementation

The outcomes

- Projects: you ensure transport data is available through 2-way interconnections between Dashdoc and customer software. To do so, you will either implement the integration or assist our partners’ technical team plug their software to our public API.

- Maintenance: you make sure that interconnections between Dashdoc and its ecosystem are always operational:
- implement and follow service level KPIs
- analyze and solve incidents
- cross-team communication

- On-the-shelf integrations: you implement integrations with 3rd party software that bring additional value to all customers (e.g. telematics, invoicing tools)

- Technical pre-sales: You support the sales team to study the integration relevancy, the costs and delays before signing a new client.

We will enjoy working together if you are:

- experienced in:

• software development ( >3 ans)
• data exchange(ETL/EDI/API)
• Python, ETLs, Integromat, open-source software, API creation are a plus

- cross-team project management
- product-minded: you put the users first and you have a strong ability to understand what they need
- problem solver: you are able to implement and to deploy a long-term and robust solution to avoid a recurring issue. You are reactive and smart : you know how to adapt in unexpected situations and find fast ideas to unlock the situation.
- entrepreneur-minded:you like challenges, taking part in transforming an industry. You welcome feedback and you are willing to get better every day
- fluent in Flemish and English both written and spoken. It’s mandatory as we are expanding internationally. Speaking French is not required
