You help us to create stunning designs

In this role, you have the opportunity to co-create amazing workspaces with tomorrow’s leading businesses, in a growing and evolving startup environment. You’ll translate our clients’ unique needs into stunning, future-proof designs.

We collaborate with visionary leaders who want to invest in their teams and provide them with a top-notch work environment. You’ll be designing these high-quality spaces that make people proud and where they like to spend time.

You’ll also work closely with the marketing team to develop our brand identity and create visuals for digital & physical supports. In a few years, when Space Refinery is a widely recognized brand, you’ll be able to show people how you made it happen.

Leverage the combined power of interior & graphic design

• You translate our clients’ requirements into sketches, collages, and mood boards
• You help the design team to develop technical plans
• You source materials, furniture, equipment, etc.
• You create 3D models of our clients’ workspaces
• You incorporate the client’s brand in their space design
• You imagine scenarios and sketch them to create storyboards
• You collaborate with our project managers and construction crews
• You develop branded visuals for various uses (catalogs, business cards)

Self-speaking achievements & a rich background

Required

• You own a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• You have experience working on interior design & graphic design projects
• You’re fluent in English + at least 1 other language (ideally FR or NL)
• You’re organized and have strong attention to detail
• You learn fast and can quickly adopt new tools and technologies

Preferred

• You’ve worked on commercial interior design projects (ideally design & build)
• You’ve been involved in or responsible for UI/UX design projects (website, app)
