Function

The senior advisor functions primarily as a customer service advisor.

On top of that, as a KitchenAid senior advisor, you will also be responsible for specific assignments. These assignments can vary from floorwalking, welcoming and guiding new employees, giving briefings to administration and quality monitoring.

As a senior advisor you will support the team coach, report to him/her and act as his/her backup when necessary.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the KitchenAid project is a requirement
• Perfect knowledge of English are a must
• Knowledge of minimum 2 extra languages such as Dutch, French, German or other.
• Diploma of secondary education or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 4 months experience within IPG Contact Solutions.
• The senior advisor is the example of the advisors. He/she always achieves, also as a senior advisor, the best KPI results and permanently sets a good example.
• Thinks along with management and informs himself proactively about the processes of IPG.
• Positive attitude, knows how to provide top-level customer service.
• Willing to share his/her knowledge with others.
• Supports the goals, vision and values of IPG and demonstrates commitment. Inspires colleagues through his/her enthusiastic approach.
• Solves problems according to rules and makes choices from known solution approaches.
• Ability to gain the commitment of employees in order to achieve company goals.
