Main purpose of the internship:

During this internship you will be a part of a 5 people Pricing and Contract Management team. By joining this internship, you will gain a strong insight on how one of the world’s largest FMCG companies is run from a Finance perspective.

Together with your team you will be a part of various projects, such as handling promotional rebates, process improvement, and the annual price increase process.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

• Prepare price lists for distribution to our customers

• Prepare SAP input of the new 2022 prices both for regular and repacked/promo products.

• Manage the coupon process (collaborate with HighCo Data for the management of promotional codes / review incoming invoices vs provisions

• The process improvement projects will consist of using PowerBi to create additional insights in our Order to Cash process

• Ensure any requirements from audit are met

• Help in the documentation and digitalisation of our processes

What we ask:

• You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, in Finance or equivalent during the entire internship

• You have a great sense of detail and accountability, as well as a critical mindset

• Able to work in a team as well as individually.

• You are available for a minimum of 4 months and ideally for 6 months (at least 32 hours a week).

• You are fluent in English + Dutch or French.

• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.

• You have knowledge of MS Office, in particular good knowledge of Excel is highly recommended.
