Functieomschrijving

Throughout the year, BESIX offers internships within the communication department.

The intern will be working as a specialist at BESIX Group Communications department in Brussels (Belgium). This will entail work in various Communication areas including Event Management, Media Relations, Internal Communications, Corporate Communication, Brand Management and Sponsoring.

The intern writes tightly-focused, in-depth stories on a variety of business topics for company newsletters and publications. In addition, they will draft e-mail messages to employees, help organize all-employee meetings and events, draft press releases, create PowerPoint presentations and help compile media coverage reports.

This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience while expanding professional acumen and enhancing academic studies.

What if you were BESIX’s next talent?

  • Educated in Marketing, Journalism, PR or Communications or a related field is desired;
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written) in French or Dutch, verbally fluent in English;
  • Solid writing and editing skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus;
  • Your internship period must be at least 3 months full-time. Please mention your internship period in your application.
