Your Team And Your Responsibilities

The role of IT&D Operations team is to maximise availability for all IT services.

The role of IT&D Service Delivery is to support, assist and guide Toyota employees

during their daily job, working with the same IT services. Specifically, within Service Delivery, we run the ‘Service Center’ for remote support and ‘Site Services’ for onpremise assistance and this covering more then 40+ sites in Europe region.

Your Project

As part of the Service Delivery activity, we run very detailed reporting on our

customer requests and incidents showing progress, final resolution etc.

We are able to analyse in depth the resolution process, the aging incidents, the

exceptions etc. With all this data we are in a very good position to analyse our

performance, propose improvements and even resolve customer frustrations.

Your project would be to familiarise yourself with the reporting, deep-dive in the

results, analyse potential challenges and improvements and bring the right people

together to improve. At the same time we should measure customer satisfaction

before and after.

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
