Your new role
You will join a market-leading company in electronics and their dynamic helpdesk team, offering support for small companies to the largest enterprises in Belgium. You are responsible for solving user and technical questions by telephone, and repairing software/hardware malfunctions with customers on-site (if needed, not often). In addition, you register the incoming calls with the corresponding solution in the appropriate computer system. You participate in the installation of updates and patches. You provide support to the Field and Installation employees and you work together with the 3rd line support to obtain solutions for the customers.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (IT or Application Support). 5, 10, or 15 years? Even better!
  • You either speak fluent Dutch or either French, with a solid base in the other language. You also have a good knowledge of English.
  • You consider yourself to be dynamic and communicative
  • You have a good working knowledge of Windows software
  • You’re a team player
  • You’re open to working in a shift-system
