SPA has an immediate need for a IT Business Analyst to provide contracting services to NATO.
Responsibilities:
  • Support development of the Agency Costed Customer Services Catalogue. That consists of Service Descriptions revisions, coordination work with Service Lines, calculation and analysis of Service Rates (catalogue services prices) and support to NATO customers in budgetary process.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse Service Lines input to the service rates changes, analyse cost models and apply best practices in IT services costing.
  • Maintain complex Excel spreadsheet, Access databases and producing ad-hoc reports.
  • Lead and support financial aspects of the business and IT services. Collaborate closely with Finance on budgetary issues, service projects set up and Service Lines funding related issues
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • A very good understanding of an IT organization; of the different teams and technologies involved in all areas of a typical IT organization.
  • Is highly numbers-oriented. Very comfortable working with large sets of IT related financial data. Experience reporting and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Access, data analytics and processing tools).
  • Experience in collecting data from various sources and stakeholders.
  • Experience in databases maintenance, and good understanding of relational databases
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced/proficient English speaking and writing skills. Good in delivering output where the dependency on other teams/branches.
  • Knowledgeable about the Agency services and applications is an advantage
  • National of one of the 30 NATO countries
  • In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
