Customs4trade is looking for a hands-on IT Business Partner to join our growing multi-functional team. As IT Business Partner, you are responsible for our application management and implementation, with main focus on Microsoft 365, and optimising the IT landscape in close collaboration with the business.

In this role you will

Be part of Organisational Support, in support of the Business
Have internal C4T users as customers management, go-to-market, delivery, customer success, organisation support
Be in charge of analyzing and managing business needs and map these with current and future tools and applications
Closely follow-up on market and tool evolutions and make propositions for optimal use withing C4T
Implement non-project-related changes, applications and links between existing applications
Maintain close collaboration with external partners (e.g., Microsoft)
Give support to our internal end users in your domain of expertise, assuring optimal adoption of our IT infrastructure such as Microsoft 365
Make IT Security and Compliance real and work closely with the IT Security and Compliance officer
Support the business processes that exist within C4T
