IT Learning & Development Lead

Are you an amazing IT Learning & Development Lead eager to join our IT Talent and Company Reputation, based in our Anderlecht office in Belgium?

As an IT Learning & Development Lead you will report to the Head of IT Talent & Company Reputation and will have IT responsibility for the talent digital solutions portfolio.

In this role you will partner with talent teams to identify specific demands for digital solutions and assets and their associated roadmap.

In partnership with different delivery and support organizations in IT, as well as external partners, you will also be responsible for the delivery of those digital solutions according to UCB IT methodologies and ensure that the generated benefits are measured and communicated.

You Will Contribute By

• Acting as the principal technology advisor and as champion for identifying, leading and driving digital/information technology transformation
• Influencing and partnering with key business stakeholders to manage and align a solutions portfolio that will deliver business value
• Recommending digital solutions assuring fit with identified business needs
• Being responsible for all aspects of solution delivery; identifying & documenting needs, defining planning, managing scope & budget, monitoring products quality and assessing benefits and success criteria
• Managing the available resources (people, money, time) following UCB processes
• Closely collaborating with other parts of IT and external partners to ensure adequate and timely delivery of agreed services and solutions, in line with agreed service levels
• Maintaining constant awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and influence the IT stakeholders and vendors in addressing these evolutions in the most efficient way
• Acting as an escalation resource for key business stakeholders when IT related issues arise
  

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in IT (preferably) or HR with a 3 to 10 years of experience in
  

Learning Management System (LMS) project management.

• Experience with SuccessFactors Learning would be considered as a strong asset.
• Experience with creating business requirements documents, use cases, business cases.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit or function, as well as with leadership and functional teams.
• Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience.
• Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Good communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Demonstrate acumen and passion for business and technology.
• Accept ownership and welcome responsibility.
