What can you expect?

As an IT Manager you ensure that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done. You are the point of contact in the store and are a specialist in the IT domain.

Who are we looking for?
  • A first experience in IT equipment management within the retail sector.
  • Able to manage a store proactively and independently from a hardware perspective.
  • You are driven commercially and can think independently in terms of solutions.
  • Willing to be active in a 24/7 support system. (Hardware support at distribution center).
  • Awareness about how to set up and manage a budget. Identify the needs regarding hardware innovations.
  • Knowledge of Stock- and Asset Management.
  • Gets energy from helping people with IT problems and onsite support.
  • Experience with a ticketing system.
  • Location: Hasselt and Distribution center Genk + Oosterhoud.
  • Language: NL (FR is a plus).
