Organisation and department descriptionThe company is a Belgian "PME". They are specialized in document management and looking for a "senior" Product Owner who will be the « middle man » between the customer and the development teams.

Job description

As a Product Owner , you often acts as mini-CEOs. You ensure that critical and high priority features are delivered to meet customer expectations through programme increments :

  • Clearly articulate and prioritise the elements of the Product Backlog to best meet the objectives and missions;
  • Balancing external business interests with ASML’s internal interests in setting these priorities;
  • Ensure and review the value of the work done by the development team;
  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are managed and expectations are aligned;
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, and that it indicates what the Scrum Team will work on next;
  • Ensures that the development team understands the elements of the product backlog to the level necessary to develop and deliver them;
