Our client, located in Mechelen, is an innovative international company, a true leader in its industry. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer who’s up for a challenging position with a lot of variety and responsibility.

THE JOB

  • You’re taking care of a variety of IT Support tasks, and feel comfortable as an IT-Generalist: Harware-Server-Network (LAN-WAN-VoIP)-Telecom,etc…

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Cisco, HTML, O365, AWQ, Intune

  • You’re responsible for the support of all users, together with your team (4+1 team-lead) and your colleagues abroad

  • You understand that data is precious and take responsibility for securing it and create backups

  • You find a smart way of work to optimize routinized work

  • You can always find an agreement with suppliers or internal consultant


YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in IT is preferred

  • Your experience is ideally +/-2 years, but this position is open to juniors (0y) and seniors (max 5y)

  • Keywords of you personality: Reliability, initiative, responsibility, sincere attitude, organized, clear communication

  • You are both a "lone wolf" and a teamplayer

  • Excellent English – No Dutch or French required

  • Opportunity to travel (EU+worldwide)
