Ensure Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and business IT service requests
Resolve as many requests as possible on the first call, using the tools at your disposal or by visiting the site.
Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets
Manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation.
Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.

You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in an internationally distributed organization.
Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365, Windows 10, 11, PC hardware and peripherals
You are familiar with managing users, computers and groups in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, managing e-mail addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange On-Premise and Online, Teams and Sharepoint OneDrive.
Your strengths: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
