Quality & Security organization

The Quality & Security organization is providing all IT delivery team within Volvo Group the capacity to operate their IT quality and security efficiently. Our mission is functionally driving and steering IT quality and IT security across the entire IT delivery organization of the Volvo Group.

You will be reporting to the Performance Management manager in Q&S and work in close collaboration with Q&S Architectural Team as well as other delivery units.

This Is How You Can Make An Impact

We are looking for our next piece of the puzzle to our team. Your role as Business/System Analyst - Quality is an important part of the performance management function. Your objective is to secure that the IT4IT architectural landscape (process and tools for IT in the Volvo Group) is well documented from an as-is and a to-be perspective including the quality of the systems in scope.

Your main responsibilities will be to securing that we have documentation up to date and in place to secure a well-described and functioning architecture for the IT4IT landscape.

You will:

• Design & maintain architectural views
• Secure horizontal and vertical consistency across layers
• Support reduction of complexity in business processes, information, applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Document multi-year roadmaps as well as architectural changes and transformation roadmaps
• Get an overall business understanding IT4IT portfolio
  

Your Profile

You have a recognized university level degree in Computer Science or related field with solid background as an IT Business or System analyst. With background from working with IT delivery (internal and/or outsourced) you will most likely have a good toolset to meet the demands of the role. You possess strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for details combined with a firm sense for quality and structured ways of working. You demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills being able to present recommendations and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. To succeed in this role, you have great communication skills and are fluent in English.

Location

Flexible but limited to our main sites in Belgium (Ghent), France (Lyon), India (Bangalore), Poland (Wroclaw) or Sweden (Gothenburg or Skövde),
