We are looking for a skilled IT Technicians to join our clients’ IT support team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our internal users with hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will be an expert in troubleshooting and be able to provide excellent customer service to our users.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices

· Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

· Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems

· Manage user accounts, security groups and permissions

· Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement new technology solutions

· Create and maintain documentation on desktop support processes, procedures and troubleshooting techniques

· Assist in hardware and software inventory management

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role

· In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems

· Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
