What’s the scope?

The Junior Merchandisercontributes to the creation of a commercial, consumer and market focused innovative product offer contributing to the overall business strategy and brand vision.

As our Junior Merchandiseryou will;

• Support the Merchandising Manager in preparing the seasonal product briefings to the Design and Development teams.
• Give support in the process of building the seasonal apparel collection.
• Build consumer right assortments for multiple distribution channels.
• Active participation in key milestone meetings, forecasting process, line-editing and sample ordering.
• Taking care of our sample sets, follow-up on deliveries, sending products to photo shoots/countries/global teams.
• Support the Merchandising Manager in preparing the seasonal product briefings to Design/Development/Global Teams
• Own the data entry process of the product lines in the systems.
• Communicate internally to cross functional teams the product line updates.
• Line presentation to the Sales Team and external clients.
• Continuous monitoring of the business performance; sell-in & sell-out.
• Analysis of past sales figures to anticipate future product needs.
• Conduct consumer / market research to identify market trends appropriate to the brand, consumer behaviour and new product opportunities.
• Support the accessories development process – briefing, sample orders & comments.

• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities accordingly;
• Splendid time management skills,
• Excellent skills in MS office, PLM and working knowledge of Illustrator;
• Eager to learn;
• Great knowledge of apparel market and market trends;
• An analytic mind-set;
• Team player and result oriented;
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Flair for fashion
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) any other European language is an advantage.
