Background

NCIA has a Strategic Sourcing Initiative to quickly meet requirements for common goods and services as part of an IDIQ framework agreement. NCIA is purchasing Standard End-User Equipment and (LAN) Network Equipment for use at its Enterprise level across all NATO locations. Equipment consists of Dell/HP End User equipment and CISCO/Fortinet LAN Network Equipment.

To deliver these equipment upgrades NCIA is looking for IDIQ project specific resources to conduct activities in support of such projects. Project duration’s and locations would vary and be case by case dependent.

Duties And Responsibilities

Conducts engineering analysis, develops technical documentation, investigate communications requirements, formulates network interfaces, and assists in project/program execution.

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering.

Experience

At least one year experience in the engineering of complex communications systems via all transmission media.

Substitution Of Experience Or Education (Education / Experience)
  • Associates degree - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree - Associates + 2 years of relevant experience / 6 years of relevant experience
  • Masters degree - Bachelors + 4 years of experience / 8 years of relevant experience

Duration

AdHoc - Per Project basis

Project based - North America, UK, Europe
