What You’ll Do

Want to take your finance career to the next level? As a Junior Controller at iO, you’ll strengthen our dynamic Finance team. In this versatile role, you’ll work closely with the Group Finance Director and Group Controller, directly contributing to the financial success of our growing, international company.

You can count on challenging responsibilities. In collaboration with the Group Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting of group results: management and external reports
  • Handling ad hoc data requests
  • Assistance with consolidation in Tagetik
  • Treasury management and long-term cash planning
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Functional controlling for group functions
  • Involvement in ad hoc strategic financial projects
  • Backup for the Group Controller

You’ll be joining our Shared Services center, in the heart of the Kempen region. From our modern campus in Herentals, you’ll apply your finance expertise at a blended digital agency. As a Junior Controller, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your analytical skills and passion for finance in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You’ll quickly grow in your role and take on increasing responsibilities within our financial policy. From reporting and analysis to strategic projects. Your Qualities And Skills As Junior Controller

  • You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting and bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • With your strong analytical skills and passion for controlling, you are able to interpret complex financial data
  • As a true Excel expert, you work accurately, with an eye for detail, and always deliver quality within set deadlines
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, which is essential in our international work environment
  • You take ownership and have a can-do mentality
