WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
An enthusiastic and dynamic colleague to give support to our Facility Manager in the daily operations of Fleet and Building management.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Amongst others : Administration and operational fleet management with orders, insurance, repairs and central point of contact for our employees – Overall support of our offices on all Belgian sites – Travel management - Back-up reception desk at Diegem – Ad hoc support on internal events.
YOUR PROFIL
You have a degree in an Administrative Orientation / Office Management – Excellent knowledge of Dutch/French, and English, written and oral – Driver’s license B is a must - Proficient in MS Office, database management systems and tools – Client oriented and pro-active - An eye for precision and detail – Sense of responsibility and initiative – Discrete and able to handle confidential information - Eager to learn and flexible – Motivated with a positive attitude.
