Who are we? IPS is an international company with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation and Architecture. EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.

Now, we are looking for an intern for Finance department in our office in Nivelles.

We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join our office in Nivelles.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated, result-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to join our Accounting and Finance team in Nivelles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, international environment and be eager to grow within the team.

What is the role about?

  • Provide support in day-to-day finance administration to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Assist in the month-end process, ensuring accurate accounting records by completing key account reconciliations for our legal entities.
  • Assist the group finance team with both local and group audits.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting and budget templates.
  • Control purchases/orders in the system with traceability, organization, and processing of subcontracting payments; update and follow up on invoice/PO delivery.
  • Follow up and analyze project profitability (EPT) and implement control processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider finance team on non-business as usual project work.

RequirementsFluent in French with a good command of English (minimum level B2).

Relevant education in Accounting or Finance

Familiar with finance and/or accounting concepts.

Comfortable with numbers and financial analyses, proficient in Excel.

An innovative thinker who can think outside the box.

Both analytical and synthetical.
