Robert Half is currently looking for a Junior HR Assistant (M/X/F) for a temporary project of one month. Our client is located in the city center of Brussels (nearby a metro station).

This client is a very well-known bank.

As Junior HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Help the HR team with the handling of the addendum for the new homeworking policy;
  • Make sure that all employees (980 in total) sign the addendum, upload the addendum in the system et provide employee with a copy thereof;
  • Act as an intermediary for all questions related to homeworking;
  • General HR administration : contracts, legal documents, employee communications (exclusive payroll).

The requested qualifications for this Junior HR Assistant position include:

  • You have a Bachelor/Master degree in HR and are looking for a first professional experience;
  • You are fluentin French and Dutch with a good level ofEnglish;
  • Familiar with integrated IT systems and very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PwP);
  • Very good communication skills, oral and written;
  • You are an administrative workforce, have an eye for detail and are systematic;
  • Pro-active, hands-on and result driven mentality;
  • Ability to search for answersautonomously.
