FSM group is growing faster and faster and in order to cover all the open positions we are currently looking for a Junior IT recruiter in our office in the city centre of Brussels.   • You will be responsible to present valuable candidates to our clients
  • You will be prospecting in order to find new clients and sell them our service
  • You will be calling,negotiatingand challenging the candidates and the clients
  • You will be in charge of creating new ads to attract new candidates

Profiles


Profile

  • You write and speak fluent English
  • No experience needed, we will teach you everything!
  • Dutch or/and French are assets
  • Experience in sales in a plus
