Our client, a leading player in the transport & logistics sector, is looking for a Business / Functional Analyst (permanent position).

What will you do?

As an Analyst, you act as the bridge between operational teams, IT, and customers. You analyze business needs, translate them into practical solutions, and guide implementations from start to finish.

You ensure smooth collaboration between different systems and align internal processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers, improving processes, and driving the digitalization of the logistics workflow.

Your responsibilities

  • Guiding the onboarding of new customers, including translating their needs into process and IT solutions;
  • Optimizing internal processes with a focus on efficiency and service;
  • Ensuring seamless data integrations between customer systems and internal platforms;
  • Working closely with teams such as Planning, Dispatch, Back Office, and Warehousing;
  • Reporting on bottlenecks, improvement areas, and performance;
  • Supporting both internal and external stakeholders during implementations.
