We design, manufacture and distribute superior high-quality products that look good and fit right, giving people around the world the freedom and confidence to express themselves.

Because of our Project, the implementation of new systems which will improve our operational excellence, we’re looking for a hands-on Merchandising Assistant to join our Wrangler®Merchandising team. Reporting into the Sr. Merchandising Coordinator, you will have a central support position in this project, more specific for the Master Data part. Next to the Katalyst project you support the Sr. Merchandising Coordinator in the general day to day tasks.

As our Merchandising Assistantyou will:

Provide project admin support:

  • Support on mapping all materials of the legacy systems to the future systems
  • Collection set up in GDS = merchandising system (style/fabric/color)
  • Testing GDS and feedback on best practices / System finetuning
  • Sizeticket information entering support in S4
  • Corrections in legacy systems of past collections (Linelist)
  • Attend the necessary meetings concerning mappings

Provide general support:

  • Checking Lineplans vs systems
  • Prepare/Pack/send samples for meetings/shoots
  • DTC support (e-comm info, …)
  • Sales meeting prep / After sales meeting updates

Your Profile:

  • Passion for Excel is very important
  • Analytical skills are a plus
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude
  • Accurate, responsible, structured & timely
  • Great communication skills combined with administrative excellence
  • Good organization skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Maintains a level of flexibility under changing circumstances. Flexible working hours at peak periods
  • A first working experience is a plus
