Function

  • PC staging

  • Printer (both Office and Label) set up end deployment

  • Scanner set up and deployment

  • First line help

  • Follow up with clients as needed

  • Delivery of IT assets directly to the end user, including hardware assembly / disassembly.

  • Instruction of end users in the use of the new hardware and software

  • Installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop hardware and software

  • Escalate service issues when required

  • Communication with customers/end users as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

  • Advise and train staff on computer operations and software applications

Your Profile


  • You have very good IT knowledge and already have experience as IT Onsite Support and PC Staging

  • You have the ability to multitask and think outside of the box.

  • Fluent English and Dutch both written and verbally are strongly required
